A Comprehensive Gutter System

K-Style Gutters

Recognizable with their double curved front, we install heavy duty aluminum K-Style or Ogee seamless gutters that are made on the job site. These 5” or 6” gutters are elegant and efficient at moving the water that accumulates from the surface area of your roof. They are attached through the fascia, into roof rafters with hidden hangers, and come in a variety of colors.

LeaFree Gutter Protection

LeaFree Gutter Protection works by keeping leaves and debris out of the gutter, while water clinging to the lip of the guard is guided into the gutter. The low profile of this gutter protection is attractive and nearly undetectable from the ground.

Downspouts

In order for your gutters and gutter protection to function properly, there must be enough downspouts. These 2”x3” or 3”x4” aluminum downspouts are responsible for moving water out to the ground. Having enough downspouts, and placing them where the yard is properly graded ensures that the water collected from your roof does not sit at the foundation of your house.

Downspouts

After choosing an appropriate gutter size for your home, a downspout is responsible for guiding the water to the ground, away from your house. Gutter and downspout combinations to incrementally allow for maximum water flow:

  • 5" Gutters with 2"x3" Downspouts
  • 5" Gutters with 3"x4" Downspouts
  • 6" Gutters with 3"x4" Downspouts

Even for smaller homes, homeowners often opt for oversized downspouts for the peace of mind that comes with the capacity to flush out any debris that may find it's way into the gutter.

Does My Home Need Gutters?

Every home benefits from having appropriate gutter systems. If you’re determining whether or not to replace your gutters or install gutters on a home that did not previously have them, look out for:

  1. Exposed foundation due to erosion, and/or algae growing where the foundation is exposed.
  2. Mold or excessive humidity in the crawlspace or basement after rain storms.
  3. Rotten or molding fascia or soffit.
  4. Rotten siding or siding underlayment, often a result of a combination of no gutters and an insufficient overhang.
  5. Anything at all sprouting from your gutters.

With no gutters on your house, water will cling around the edge of your roofing shingles. Surface tension will cause the water to run down your fascia and siding, causing rot and mold that is expensive to replace. Basements and crawl spaces are some of the most at risk portions of your home for water damage and structural injury without gutters.
